Lorinser unveils performance upgrades for Mercedes-AMG GT by Lorinser
Mercedes-AMG already makes an incredibly fast car in the form of the Mercedes-AMG GT and Mercedes-AMG GTS. For those who need more, German Mercedes Benz tuner Lorinser is happy to provide you with the additional power needed to address your need for speed, finding almost 600 horsepower for the Mercedes-AMG GT by Lorinser.
Available for the Mercedes-AMG GT and Mercedes-AMG GT S, the performance enhancements manages to squeeze out an additional 84 horsepower and 100 pound-feet of torque increasing output to 587 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque for both versions of the German masterpiece.
The added performance gains result in a decrease of 0.1 seconds in a 0 to 62 mile per hour sprint to 3.6 seconds. 0 to 124 miles per hour requires just 10.2 seconds and 0 to 186 miles per hour requires just 27.3 seconds.
Lorinser will make their performance enhancement for the Mercedes-AMG GT and Mercedes-AMG GT S available for the very reasonable price of $4,145. If you already own the Mercedes-AMG GT or Mercedes-GT S, the price for the performance upgrade is likely chump change for you.
Also new for the Mercedes-AMG GT and GT S from Lorinser are a new set up of 20 and 21-inch front and rear RSK 8 light-allow, three piece forged wheels incorporating a seven spoke design. The wheels are available in either black or gold and can be wrapped in a special set of mud and snow tires as well in sizes 265/30 up front and 305/25 in back.
