Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli displayed in Italy amongst admirers
Up until recently, the Ferrari LaFerrari was the most powerful Italian hypercar you could buy. However, a new player has stepped up to the plate to claim the title of ‘the most powerful street-legal hypercar ever made in Italy’. The new owner of that title is the Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli.
Long the dream of Luca Mazzanti, he has made the most powerful steet-legal hypercar in Italy. His creation, the Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli just celebrated is world premier at the 2016 Turin Auto Show.
In communication to the press, company founder Luca Mazzanti says “Presenting in Turin my ultimate Hypercar Evantra Millecavalli has a deep meaning: the most powerful street-legal Hypercar ever made in Italy, officially presented during a brand new Italian show. Meeting car enthusiasts of different ages that appreciate and admire the achievement represented by the exemplar we brought in Turin, is another huge satisfaction that pushes us to go forward, aiming to reach new targets.”
The Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli whose name stands for “a thousand horsepower”, consists of a 7.2-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that puts out 1,000 horsepower and 885 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels through a six-speed sequential transmission. Power is sufficient to propel the vehicle from 0 to 60 miles per hour accelerating to a top speed of 250 miles per hour.
Unveiled amongst a throng of admirers in Turin recently, just 25 examples of the Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli will be produced. While pricing has not yet been announced, it is expected to cost more than the $941,550 it costs for the standard Evantra.
