The large luxury SUV is given even more aggressive design elements
The new 2016 Lexus LX570 already has no problem standing out in the premium SUV niche. However, the design team at Larte Designs felt otherwise.
The Lexus LX 570 has been on the market for almost ten years now. Larte Designs has designed and built at least one other kit for the luxury SUV. The latest design builds upon the design elements built of the most recent version. This includes sharp angles and the trademark spindle grille.
Larte applies their own design language to the new LX 570 that borrows elements from the German and Japanese car cultures. The result is anything but subtle.
The body kit designed by Larte consists of new front and rear bumpers, side skirts and a choice of allow wheels. The front bumper or apron is available in two sizes with the large option comprising of additional spoilers and air vents framing the integrated daytime LED running lights. The horizontal protrusions and mesh give the LX the illusion of looking like it is much wider than it is.
The rear of the Larte Designs LX570 is just as subtle as the front sporting similar design elements such as the overlays. Three types of pads are available which can also be painted different colors and a rear mounted brake light borrowed from Formula One.
Larte Design focuses their efforts on the visual appearance of the vehicle leaving the performance of the LX 570 alone. With a 5.7 liter V8 engine producing 383 horsepower which is sufficient for a 0 to 60 time of 6.5 seconds, performance for the large luxury SUV is just fine.
