CEO of Aston Martin To Personally Inspect First 1,000 DB11s

New Aston Martin DB11 is the first car designed and built under CEO Andy Palmer’s watch

The new Aston Martin DB11 is a significant vehicle for the British automaker.   It is so important that new owners get the best vehicle that the company can deliver, CEO Andy Palmer will be personally inspecting every one of the first 1,000 models produced. Once inspected, the CEO will be placing an inspection badge on the engine of the 1,000 DB11s he personally inspects.

The DB11 is the first vehicle designed and produced under Mr. Palmer’s watch since he took over as CEO in 2014. The DB11 is the tenth model in the legendary DB lineage that started with the stunning DB1 in 1948. With the DB line being the most successful in the model’s lineup, there is a great deal riding on the new DB11.

CEO Andy Palmer is not the first CEO to be personally involved in making sure that vehicles are up to par when they are first released. CEO Elon Musk of Tesla reportedly slept in a sleeping bag on the floor of the factory for the production of the Tesla Model X.   All eyes will be on the release of the upcoming DB11 so let us home that all goes well.
